For as long as Nedra can remember her life has revolved around food. from helping her great-grandmother in the kitchen to numerous restaurant positions throughout her culinary career. Nedra has spent the last 30 years cultivating her food knowledge. Throughout her life's work she has many positions in the restaurant hospitality industry. She has developed a keen sense of what it takes to run a business in the food industry.

 

The Grubbank became Nedra's passion when she discovered she had medical issues that required her to change her eating habits. She wanted to share with her community and family and friends the importance of having access to fresh fruits and vegetables and how it impacted her life in such a positive way.  Now her mission is to provide families with access to fresh and affordable foods and create the 1st Mobile Market that delivers prepared foods, and groceries to families for the week. this technique will save families time, and money at the local grocery stores. Shopping local lowers cost and having this service for families with little to transportation can be impactful to communities. The Grubbank is the future of Fast, Healthy food.
